We’re so glad you’ve chosen to stay with us at Ozark Country Inn! To ensure all guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience, please review our house policies below.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in: Any time after 3:00 PM
Check-out: Any time before 11:00 AM
Pet Policy
Only one dog under 40 pounds is allowed per room. (A $15 per night surcharge is required for pets. A $150 deposit will be charged to your card and returned promptly after check out after inspection of the room.) “The fenced in dog park is located behind the main house”
Please ensure your pet is leashed while walking through shared indoor spaces and the yard.
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
Breakfast
Breakfast is not served at Ozark Country Inn, except on festival weekends.
If you’re looking for a full, hot breakfast experience, we recommend booking your stay at Wildflower, just a short walk away.
Music & Quiet Hours
We love the sounds of Mountain View! Feel free to play music and enjoy yourself.
We kindly ask that guests lower the volume around 10:00 PM to respect everyone’s rest.
Common Areas
Please make yourself at home in our shared living spaces and porches.
The kitchen is not available for guest use.
A coffee bar and bottled water are provided and restocked regularly.
Bookings & Cancellations
A $50 nonrefundable deposit is collected at the time of booking.
Cancellations within 7 days (14 days for festival and holiday weekends) will be charged 50% of the full reservation rate.
Cancellations within 3 days of arrival will be charged the full reservation rate.
Additional Notes
Smoking and vaping are only allowed in the parking lot or in the fountain area.
Please notify us if you will not be joining us on a festival breakfast day.
Check-out is simple: just leave the key in the door when you leave.
